Dr. Sobia Bano is a highly qualified educator specializing in consumer behavior, entrepreneurship, marketing, and human resource management (HRM). With a Ph.D. in Management from Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP), Malaysia, she brings extensive experience in teaching and research. Dr. Bano’s research interests encompass consumer behavior, entrepreneurship, marketing, gender identity, and HRM. Her work has been published in reputable international journals.
As the Director of the Experiential Learning Center, Dr. Bano goes beyond traditional teaching methods, providing students with hands-on experiences and practical opportunities to apply their knowledge. Her passion for education drives her to inspire the next generation of professionals, equipping them with the skills and insights needed for success.
Dr. Bano’s expertise extends beyond academia. She is a certified professional trainer (IAPPD) and holds the Senior Certified Professional (SCP-SHRM) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management, USA, reflecting her comprehensive understanding of HRM. This unique blend of academic and practical knowledge allows her to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application.

Mr. Talha Rasool serves as an Executive at the Center for Experiential Learning (CEL) at GIFT University, where he plays a key role in advancing the mission of “Converting Knowledge into Practical Experience.” With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Talha brings a strong foundation in management and problem-solving. His extensive background in event management enhances CEL’s commitment to providing skill-based learning opportunities that bridge the gap between theory and practice. Through his efforts, Talha contributes to enriching students’ experiences both on campus and in the community, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit that aligns with the university’s values.
