We had an inspiring session on “Protection of Human Rights: The Role of State and Civil Society in Democracy” at GIFT University. Our esteemed guest speaker, Jami Chandio, Executive Director of the Centre for Peace and Civil Society, shared profound insights on how the state and civil society collaborate to uphold and protect human rights in democratic frameworks. The seminar sparked thought-provoking discussions, enriched our understanding, and reinforced the importance of collective efforts in fostering a just and equitable society.
